So Senator Obama is on the record stating the a judge should not protect private property!

Not from this bit. He is only saying how in his opinion she changes her judicial philosophy based on her personal views. Kind of how Sotomayor does, with her empathy. Don't think for a second that she won't defer to the legislature when it comes to violations of the 2nd Amendment, but have no problem turning law on its head when it comes to her pet issues.

Yes, from this bit. We all know that liberals think it is downright EVIL to interpret laws broadly in order to come to the aid of corporations. With the statement of Obama’s that I cited it is plain that he paints the defense of private property with the same brush.

I think it is telling that the Supremes raised a lot of eyebrows by upholding the use of eminent domain in order for a government entity to improve their own tax base. Even though it is not a popular opinion, very few people recognize that it was the liberals on the bench who lined up against private property rights.
