Don't think for a second that she won't defer to the legislature when it comes to violations of the 2nd Amendment, but have no problem turning law on its head when it comes to her pet issues.

I think it is telling that the Supremes raised a lot of eyebrows by upholding the use of eminent domain in order for a government entity to improve their own tax base. Even though it is not a popular opinion, very few people recognize that it was the liberals on the bench who lined up against private property rights.
