That is a tough one to agree with. Sometimes, I believe acting outside the law is the RIGHT, not WRONG, thing to do. To many people, late term abortions are government sanctioned murder of children. If that is one's hardcore belief, then as long as the shooter is willing to take his punishment, then so be it. He did what was right for him.
We all make decisions every day that have consequences and rewards. The shooter just happened to be dealing with one of the most serious decisions you can possibly deal with - taking a human life.
Not that I ever condone murder, but would there be outrage if someone gunned down a Nazi guard who was murdering thousands of human beings during WWII?
