This whole thing is very bad. It gives 0bama and the DHS a nice little Reichstag fire as an an excuse to “monitor rightwing extremists”. I wonder if gov’t trolls won’t pop up here in a bit.
The guy who did this deserves the death penalty. I do not agree that this analogous to assassinating Hitler. Killing Hitler would have ended the Nazis’ reign. Killing Tiller will not stop abortions. Plus, with recent polls showing Americans moving to pro-life positions, this issue can be won with persuasion.
Frankly, it is barely news imho. Big deal..there are nuts in the world. I think we should ignore the whole thing. What does it have to do with the issue of abortion? It doesn’t have any bearing on the arguments surrounding abortion.....it’s just a sideshow that the media/dems and Obama will try to use for political brinkmanship. We don’t have to play their game.
