And I do pray Roeder will get a fair trial and that the trial itself will help the public to understand what partial birth abortion "is" - and that it was a ghoulish, profitable business for Tiller.

I wouldn't be surprised if no discussion of partial birth abortion is permitted at his trial.

My understanding is that the judge has a lot of control over what can be used as evidence. But the prosecution will have to establish motive and the defense will have to speak of Roeder's frame of mind.

They may be restricted to words and no pictures (though I would be surprised if they couldn't use what Tiller had posted to his own website.) And there may be some pro-lifers with signs and such that the jurors will have to walk or drive by on their way to and from court.
