According to Fox News, suspect was driving car registered in Merriam, Kansas [suburb of Kansas City, Kansas]. According to KAKE-TV, suspect matching description was stopped in Gardner, Kansas (which is close to Kansas City, and in line with the suspect returning to Merriam). Gardner is on I-35, not Turnpike I-335...

The turnpike splits at Emporia, pay turnpike towards Topeka, free towards olathe/KC. Its still 70-75 on 35 there.

Gardner is on I-35, not Turnpike I-335... True, but from Wichita, until you get to Emporia, I-35 is the tollway. It's also the Tollway south to the OK border. I travel that section quite a bit, but then take I-135 north through Salina.
