We’ll have to just agree to disagree. I wouldn’t have the courage to kill an abortionist and live with the consequences, but there is no reason whatsoever to mourn the death of this monster. None.

I would not have killed the guy, but based on the law, it seems the most accurate charge would be voluntary manslaughter; not first/capital murder or second degree murder.
