I'm afraid it's too late for that. As far as I'm concerned, this thread is loaded with bile.

However, I have seen huge sacrifices in time, money, career retaliation, legal expenses, political damage etc due to this man.
Our Constitution was supposed to give us “Federalism” where the National government respected the States, through the 10th Amendment.
Abortion law ignores the wisdom of our founders.
When the national government acts as a tyrant, the tools of the national government will meet a tyrants death.
This was wrong.
It was also predictable.
There seem to be few alternatives left for us. Some feel desperate, painted into a corner. To THEM, this will be like the attempted assassination of Hitler.
But there ARE alternatives, as weak as they seem, and hopeless as it seems sometimes, and I feel bad for the person who snapped and took this action. However, NO reading of the Declaration of Independence, followed by a reading of the Constitution, could lead one to believe that our Founders were wrong on one important point: Civil Society will break down, and people WILL take back their "government" BY FORCE, if the government no longer respects the will of the people. I think that this was premature. I think, as far as the prolife cause is concerned, this WILL do more harm than good, at least in the short term. However, again, such actions were understood and predicted by our Founders, no less, when they FORMED this country.

Tiller was in my prayers briefly each day. It is sad that a church would not have helped this man to rethink his life’s work, but this is the way the devil works. I am very sorry for this whole situation, including the federal government’s endorsement of murder.

Agreed. Even though I believe third trimester abortion (this guy’s specialty) is murder, we can neither condone nor celebrate his murder.
To now, we have lived in a Republic which is a government by the rule of laws. If those are the laws, it is our job to change them, not engage in vigilante justice.
I’m not celebrating. The POS who killed Tiller has destroyed any chance of ending legalized abortion for another 100 years at least. Now things can only get worse. I also do not rule out the possibility of seeing legalized toddler murder within the next 20 years. America will be ready for it by then.

Tragic was when Bill Cosby’s son was gunned down for no reason. It is the culture of death, spawned by the abortion movement, that made these types of killings common place.
I notice that the FBI is going to beef up protection at abortion clinics. Why? Seems to me, since he was killed at a church, the FBI should direct their security to churches!
