You should re-read my post and pay attention to all the words. I said he treats church like a social club. I didn’t say the church should not allow him in.

Luke 13:1-5 "There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? I guess that sums about how I feel about the murder of serial baby butcher Tiller: a loss not to be mourned, but an object lesson and warning against the consequences of iniquity.

Tiller's murderer will face the dire consequences of his acts in court. He will then become an object lesson in much the same manner as Tiller.

There are those who think human beings are ‘basically’ good, but still have the capacity to do bad things once in a while. Then there are those who think human beings are basically ‘not good’, but are capable of doing good once in a while.

Those who are unable to comprehend the depth of depravity of which they, and all human beings are capable, are so spiritually immature that they have a very hard time thinking that Jesus was talking about them when he said he was only interested in helping the sick / sinners. :)
