Laws are not based on her life experiences, you do not decide guilt or innocence because of someones hardships and struggles.
They are based on the law. Her experiences as a Judge should have taught her this, but I guess it didnt.
This is just a different spin on the SOS we have been hearing from the black liberal community for decades. A white man can't adequately represent a blacks in government. Only a a black can do that and only a “special” kind of black at that.
