Billings is the "big city"...and it's 43 miles away. Last I was there, Billings wouldn't be confused with a cushy, well-appointed and cosmopolitan destination.
I wonder what kind of reception the national media, ACLU lawyers, ANSWER and Code Pink might get in Hardin or Billings. Or how welcome these groups might feel. After all, there are probably as many guns in Hardin as people...
Somehow, I think the media would enjoy Hardin in the winter pretty much like they enjoyed Crawford in August.
Where are they going to build the mosque?
shame this is not 1890 where Montana would be even now building the gallows and testing it out while waiting for the terrorists arrival... sigh....
Those are good points. Isn’t Montana a Conservative haven for the most part too? LOL, it would be pure hell for the people I mentioned wouldn’t it.
Outside of Missoula and Helena, I'm not sure there are any liberals in Montana.
LOL, it would be pure hell for the people I mentioned wouldnt it.
Well, being liberals, they could always visit the site of the Battle of Little Bighorn and pee on the 7th Cavalry's graves. They'd probably get more satisfaction out of that than ordering the special at the Lariat Country Kitchen...
I’d take em here in my town as long as we didn’t have to give em back........................ever................
No doubt! :-)
$27 million facility? All that for a couple of drunks and other scofflaws.
...more concertina wire...
Concertina wire for a couple of drunks. What the hell is Otis drinking up there?
...fully outfitted with everything from cafeteria trays and sweatsocks to 88 surveillance cameras.
Well I guess the drunks can eat, have warm feet and pose for the cameras.
