How fast do you have to peddle to get that thing up to freeway speed? And.....what happens when an Olds 88 hits it?
Simple solution, they will ban Olds 88s, Buicks, and anything larger than a Chevy Cobalt or Ford Focus.
Even 18 wheelers will go the way of the Dodo. Stuff will move by train, and then by little bitty Fiat trucks from the railhead to where it's needed. Factories, warehouses, etc, will all have their own rail spur, just like many once did.
