This is one of the times I wish we didn’t home school, so I could pull my kids out of the morass with loud, righteous anger and then begin to homeschool.

It is exactly this attitude that has given nutjobs in CA the power to change the curriculum.
But by all means, let's ALL run away and cower in our homes! Let the tax-funded public schools continue to shape 75% of the voting population unopposed!
