It looks like some of the picture are ones that were already distributed and are legit, other are questionable....pink sheets and the guy hanging upside down I thought were a hoax. Why do they keep printing it?

Why do they keep printing the public execution of a Viet Cong mass murderer who had just set off a bomb in Saigon which was under Marshall Law because of the Tet Offensive.
How come Time Magazine covers never bannered photographs of the body parts outside the restaurant where the bomb went off?
