Oh my gosh, a rolled up piece of paper may have brushed against a student who was cursing at a teacher. It is absurd that a teacher would be punished over this. No wonder some public schools are zoos.

Back in my day at an all Christian Academy, when you acted up you got paddled. Corporal Punishment was the norm and a condition of enrollment.
