Ok, we know that they have to work in tandem with the judicial branch.
However ?
What is the CIA, the NSA, the FBI or other agencies afraid of , of doing their Constitution duty to protect the US citizens and up hold the US Constitution ? are they afraid of threats from Congress ? or the Executive Branch ?

Think of it this way...If a local police officer wanted to collect evidence for a case, he would have to have either a court order by a judge or specific knowledge to make an arrest. The reason they have cameras on the front of the police car is to show that they indeed witnessed erratic behavior, not just opinion.

Proving court documents must have the cooperation of the court clerk, and/or local judicial bench. The ways the HI laws are written, to protect their populous from ID theft, make it even more difficult.

BHO is a lawyer, he know the loop holes.....and is using them to his benefit. It will take the correct case, with the correct plaintiff, and correct premise, but in my heart of heart I do think the job WILL get done.
