Its a fine line between someone asking if a miscarriage could or should be treated as a homicide, wrongful death, etc- if one wishes to confer legal rights to the unborn, and advocating criminal penalties for women who suffer miscarriages?

Only if you are blinkeringly stupid is that a fine line.

The person posing the question is obviously AGAINST such an absurd legality as treating a miscarriage as a wrongful death, not advocating the position.
