you are confusing criminal and civil.

criminal is a different process and standard of proof.

Civil suits require more moral consideration. You don’t get an ethical free pass if your morals are in conflict.

Ted Olson has no problem with homosexual marriage, that is why he is fighting for it. I would suggest ALL those in his pollitical sphere side with him.

Look, I don’t have a problem with such marriages, but I do have a problem with the Constitution being twisted by leftist judges and their supporters . Just because you support something doesn’t mean you should run to the nearest courthouse to push it through.

The difference between the legislature and the judiciary is evaporating and people are no longer concerned about the difference. That’s incredibly sad. I couldn’t believe the number of commentators yesterday who framed the court decision as the court coming out against gay marriage.
