Society has no right to intervene in private reproductive choices. Yes, up to a point when the compelling interest kicks in - 28 weeks/ 1st trimester in Roe v. Wade which was superseded by the current standard of whatever science deems viable today, 19 weeks(?) in PP vs Casey.
