Just because something is extremely small, but highly functional and efficient, doesn't mean anything in the science world. It means it's extremely small, fuinctinal, and efficient.

How in the world could this possibly “evolve”? I bet we couldn’t make one of these even though we know exactly what it’s made of, what it’s for, and how it operates.
