President Obama's radical new nominee to replace Associate Justice David Souter on the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, used to serve on the board of LatinoJustice PRLDEF (White House backgrounder), one of the racial grievance groups that helped to sink the judicial nomination of Honduran-born Miguel Estrada in 2003.
Along with groups such as the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF), LatinoJustice fought a war of attrition against President George W. Bush's 2001 nomination of conservative Miguel Estrada, a Honduran-born immigrant, to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Democrats in the Senate filibustered the nomination and a weary Estrada withdrew from consideration in 2003.
Today LatinoJustice PRLDEF, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit, hailed the nomination of Sotomayor on the basis of her ethno-cultural heritage. "As the second largest and fastest growing population in America, with a large pool of qualified individuals to choose from, it was wholly appropriate for the president to nominate a Hispanic," the group said in a written statement. According to the group's website, it gets some of its funding from George Soros's Open Society Institute.
A search of philanthropy databases reveals other significant donors to LatinoJustice to be Carnegie Corporation of New York ($1,025,000 since 2000), Ford Foundation ($2,280,000 since 2001), Rockefeller Foundation ($1,275,000 since 2000), and JPMorganChase Foundation ($70,000 since 2001).
Among radical left-wing groups, it has a fairly garden-variety agenda. A captive of identity politics, it pushes for enforced multiculturalism, diversity, bilingual public education, race-based gerrymandering of electoral districts, race-based employment quotas, tenants' rights, and illegal immigrants' rights.
LatinoJustice PRLDEF was known as the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund until last year when it filed Articles of Amendment with New York State to change its name.
Where were the Latino “leaders” when Estrada was filibustered 4 times by the Dems?
“What can the Republicans do?”
They can fight for a change.
We need to contact Republican senators, especially if we are from their state, and tell them to fight like the Dems do when they filibustered Estrada.
“I sure hope our senators are getting information like this.”
Why not send it to your Republican senators in your state?
The Republicans can hold her up for a while in committee. If they all stick together (Big IF) in the committee they can slow this thing down.
I would start running commercials on what Joe Biden said, he doesn’t care if judges are qualified and have good temperament. The new method is ideology.
Barack Obama didn’t vote for either Justice Roberts or Justice Alito after saying they were well qualified and had good temperment.
They both had ABA A ratings and tried to filibuster both.
Start running ads about the things she said in Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Colorado.
Run some Spanish ads saying she is totally pro abortion, will vote to legalize homosexual marriage, and will vote to take your 2nd Amendment protections, property with Kilo decision.
and Obama continues his rein of destruction on the USA and its people

So, the $oreA$$ Puppet,0b0z0, nominates another puppet approved by $oreA$$ and other hate America left wing so called non-profits.
Already have, and my boss has called them all too. Not that it will do any good, our elected officials don’t listen to the people, I mean, sheeple, anymore.
Senator Roberts from Kansas voting no.
Sonia Sotomayor identifies herself as Puerto Rican first, even though she was born in the USA. In a College Thesis, Obama's USSC nominee Sotomayor Appeared to support Puerto Rican Independence. Did Soto have anything to do with Pres Clinton pardoning the FALN----violent Puerto Rican terrorists who bombed US installations? (Pardoned----so that then-Senate candidate Hillary could harvest the NY latino vote).
REFERENCE Then-Asst AG Eric Holder (now Obama's USAG) assisted many of the controversial Bill Clinton midnight pardons including Weather Underground terrorists involved in violences.....Barack Obama himself brought up Clintons pardon of Weather Underground members when in a Democratic primary debate Obama defended his relationship with Weather Underground leader Bill Ayers. SOURCE http://arkansasgopwing.blogspot.com/2009/01/put-hold-on-eric-holders-nomination.html. Raises enormous questions.
