It seemed among the easiest of his transparency pledges and is entirely under his control, but President Obama is finagling his promise to post bills on the White House Web site for comment for five days before he signs them.
Mr. Obama last week signed four bills, each just a day or two after Congress passed and sent it over to him.

The list, ping
Anyone who actually believed him when he said he would bring transparency to the presidency is a complete fool.
What’s strange to me is that there were that many people who actually believed this conniving liar. I’ve never seen such naked willingness to say whatever it took to get elected, even when it was plain that he was lying to get votes. And he didn’t care if people knew he was lying, as long as there were enough kool-aid drinking morons who would vote for him, or enough who didn’t care as long as he promised them their freebies. I can only hope that he lied to them too, but his agenda of wealth distribution may be the only thing about which he told the truth.
Obambi is a bill-duck platypus.
What’s one more lie?
“Whats strange to me is that there were that many people who actually believed this conniving liar.”
Remarkable, isn’t it? It would make a fascinating sociological study if it weren’t happening to US.
But is it really a lie if you are merely reading someone else’s words aloud?
0bama reads a teleprompter fairly well most of the time, but I seriously doubt that he is able to comprehend what the words he is reading actually mean, or that he understands that he is supposed to actually act upon those words he reads.
the wealth will only be distributed to those he deems worthy....and who toe(sp?) the line.
This is where leftist relative morality has led us. There is no good or evil, only what what benefits you or what doesn’t. They knew they’d won the argument when Clinton got a pass for lying. imagine, we go from George Washington, who only served because he felt it was his duty and couldn’t wait to get home, to Clinton, who schemed his way into the Oval Office and then cheated and lied while there, yet is hailed by the left.
I agree, and this country turning its back on Israel is about to clinch it.
Sadly, neither did those who voted for him.
Before anyone calls 0bama a liar just remember that he has kept the rendition program.
Worse than 1992 or 1996? I think it shows that we should change the name of this country to the US of A.D.D.!!!
Yes, even worse than that. At least under Clinton, the Republicans were able to get welfare reform passed, and the Contract With America (for what little good that did). Hussein has free rein.
You’re right.
Still. There is one and only one very possibly successful narrow path through this swamp. This country in unfortunately led by a scheming pack of liars, 0bama, of course, but notably the Treasury/Fed complex.
As I see it, there is a very small target here, and that target is the relentless lying being done. We cannot say the left is lying about, say, Universal Health Rationing, because it hasn’t happened yet, and the utopian left must always contend that consistent and universal failure in this deparment is always the result of these goofball experiments being run by incompetents. From the Soviet gulags to British health care to Venezuelan oil rigs; all those things are far away, where the lessons we could learn by trying it ourselves in a series of grand societal experiments can take advantage and succeed out of our boundless optimism.
What I am saying is, this guy has to be shown to be a liar. Multiple times.
why would he EVER tell the truth?, oh right, he’s the President
I’m sure he did bring transparency to the office. A really nice Kodachrome of Chairman Mao with his little red book.
