If The Supreme Court overturns Sotomayor’s Affirmative Action based ruling, now before the court, she may be toast!

We can hope!

Schumer has ALWAYS impressed me as the type Jew who would gladly drop the Zyklon B canisters into the “showers” as his fellow Jews were screaming and then eagerly assist in throwing their corpses into the furnace.

The man it totally devoid of any instinct other that self serving promotion and achievement of goals that would terrify us all if we were to be aware of them.

Our founders foresaw villains such as Schumer and his colleagues - and provided the 2nd Amendment...

AHH Schmucky Cheese, another liberal retard trying to make himself look “mainstream”. It's so nice of him to give advice to the GOP. Shame on any idiot Republican that listens to this dipwad. This idiot is from NY, not exactly a electoral brain trust state. It took them 6 years to realize they had elected someone from Arkansas to represent them, and when they did, they re-elected her.

I'm sure who voted for this chick's confirmation will be a real “big” issue in 2010. I'm sure there's some stupid RINOS that will actually think so.

during the confirmation hearings, someone needs to question her about Schumer’s comments on 9-12 that virtually any form of torture against terrorists was justified.

The conversation/examination MUST be brutally confined to precisely and only those grounds.

Dammit, it’s not where she grew up. It’s not the hurdles she had to overcome. It’s not even the grades she got in law school. It is her approach to judging, period, end of subject.

“Schumer said it would be hard for a member of either party to oppose her confirmation and warned Republicans to oppose her at their peril.”

What are you going to do Chuckie? Call us racists? Yawn.

The GOP if it does NOT oppose her will do so at its own peril.

The rank and file is already on the verge of a mutiny.

Even the Republican elected officials, as dense as they are (it’s not called the Stupid Party for nothing), should be able to figure that out.

“If the Republicans have any backbone left, this threat from the reprehensible dirtbag Schemer should make it stand right up straight.”

I wonder if it's all a feint. Submit a Hispanic nominee you can live with if she makes it, but if the Repubs block the appointment, then in 2010 and 2012 the Hispanic voters will remember the Repubs blocked “their candidate”.

Must Read: Sotomayor TYPE 1 DIABETES

http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1900962,00.html

As President Obama’s first nominee to the Supreme Court, Judge Sonia Sotomayor approaches the bench with a number of firsts. If she is confirmed to the lifelong post, as is widely expected, Sotomayor would be the first Hispanic to sit on the high court, and she would also be the first justice with type 1 diabetes.

The nominee’s chronic condition is worth noting, since it puts her at increased risk of several serious medical conditions, including heart disease, kidney problems, blindness and nerve damage — and an increased risk of early death. Studies show that adults with diabetes are two to four times more likely than non-diabetics to die of heart disease. But when treated correctly, say doctors, type 1 diabetes patients are able to lead relatively healthy lives. The latest data suggest that patients can successfully manage the disease for four or five decades with no serious health complications.

This Sotomayor character....my bet is she is gay which makes her the perfect replacement for Souter. Going by wikipedia and other things I read about her she is gay. So she is better that a two-fer. She is a three-fer

It amazes me how these liberals use lies, deceit, manipulation, and propaganda as part of their daily life. It really amazes me how others fall for it.

The socialist motto is "by any means necessary." Lies, propaganda and cynical political theater are a normal part of their methodology. That's why Democrats are called the Evil Party and Republicans the Stupid Party.
