Don’t know much about the author, but it seems to come from the Colin Powell wing of the republican party, the one that always prostrates to liberals.
As a Hispanic, and from what I have heard so far, I would say that this pick is racially motivated, and this “judge” is a dangerous person that does not represent the majority of hard working Hispanics. And I’m almost 100% sure she is pro-choice, and thus advocates the murder of innocents. Totally unacceptable. (Sorry for the rant.)

Without even reading, I bet the author is saying that because she is a latino woman, that it automatically defeats the GOP because it would make them look rascist/sexist.
