These two will lose this, you have no legal right to fire a bullet onto your neighbors land. No, they aren't shooting into neighbor's land. They are saying that open fields are downrange from their berm.
The actual owner of the land that is downrange has not claimed that any stray bullets are going past the berm.

Did I not say in the end they will lose, the neighbors statement was he was scared they were going to hit him. What is wrong that some of you have no regards for personal property rights?

That's been pointed out several times already, but it's bouncing off a very dense berm of it's own and can't penetrate. LOL.
