There should be gun ranges they can go to, our kids are in a 4H shooting program and we went to a farm for the actual shooting, but behind the birm which was only 10th tall was a housing addition, I was shocked they were allowing novices do training shooting with only that protecting those behind the wall, an accident waiting to happen.

It depends on what kind of shooting they are doing.

If they are practicing for tactical competitions (i.e. IDPA or IPSC), very few ranges allow drawing from a holster and rapid fire.

Then some idiot would build a house behind the berms, and sue the range. It's happened, a lot.

Your neighbors are partaking of a perfectly legal pastime that you happen not to like, and doing it in a safe manner? Move.
