Just read this over at National Review:She has an extremely high rate of her decisions being reversed, indicating that she is far more of a liberal activist than even the current liberal activist Supreme Court.
Not anymore she won't. The only persons who will be able to reverse her decisions are Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito.
Obama might as welll have nominated Che, but since he's dead, Barack went with Sotomayor.
"I would have served, but I'm dead...."
