One thing that bodes well according to Nappy this morning- he said Diane Wood is a much stronger consensus-builder and would have had more influence on the court as a whole.
From what I’ve read so far- it appears Sotomayor is quick-tempered and idealogical and doesn’t seem to be a consensus minded person.
FURTHERMORE- and as a funny side note- the SCOTUS is getting ready to overturn one of her recent decisions ;)
Wood will replace Ginsburg
she can’t be that far left. Initially appointed by Bush senior. She sounded a bit conservative.... maybe center.
