seems like a pretty good case that there’s fraud going on.Why is it fraud. Getting a divorce is perfectly legal.

Of course it is, but when you do an act whether it be divorce, lie on your taxes etc. to receive money that you would have not ordinarily receive, then it is fraud. And what about the moral issue? This is why America is in the predicament it is in now, because people like you thinks it is ok to take things that don't belong to you. Ultimately we pay the price as consumers with higher ticket prices or stupid $15 luggage fees.
