Why is it that SCOTUS decides to take a case like this, but has denied every single one of the BC cases? It is up to the SCOTUS which case they want to hear and which ones they deny - that is clearly their prerogative.

YES we are going to have to take to the streets - there is no other way to stop this train wreck. Most conservatives will do nothing, just like we have seen from the GOP in the last four years(or how ever many), hardly ever standing up for what is right, and shouting down the slanderers and liars and their DNC media.
