You can’t *seriously* believe that time runs slower 250 miles high, than it does on the ground. And please dont point me to the silly a clock in an airplane experiment, thats a pretty obvious mechanical measurment issue, not as issue that time magically goes slower.

I believe they have done experiments and found that time slows near large masses.
Traveling at high speeds also causes time to slow down.
Its not so much a satellite's altitude, but its speed.
When I say
time slows, I mean, a 1Mhz crystal resonator (tuned on earth) will ring at a lower frequency if it placed near a large mass (compared to earth) or travels at a high velocity.
