Wow, this is one of the few threads I have seen that has an intelligent discussion of the issue without devolving into Catholic bashing.
And in the meantime, I am glad I am not holding my breath waiting for the Drive By Media to focus its attention on the more current (as in its happening now vs. 20 years ago) and significantly more far-reaching problem of pederasts preying on our children in the public schools.
Since 1994, when the movie Philadelphia gave the signal for the offensive to begin, all we have seen out of the MSM is straight-bashing. "Bigot, bigot, bigot" is the sum of their argument.
Pinch Sulzberger has filled the editorial ranks of The New York Times with homosexuals, as attested to by one of the editors of his front page. He told us that a strong majority of the NYT's front-page editors, the men he worked with, were either gay or bisexual, and even the "closet cases" were not very careful about who knew.
In the 1980's, the NYT played the homosexual issue-cluster up the middle. After Pinch came aboard, he mashed the rudder over hard left and has kept it there ever since.
But soon enough, we will have to put up with him and his Manhattan Daily Catamite birdcage-liner no longer.
