Yeah, sent out a hand full of info on the incident to the 2A list this morning. As I mentioned yesterday, they are going to start getting a backlash on this as more people are beginning to "Open Carry" a lot more due to the LEO's actions and the Sheriff Dept. inaction on disciplining their Deputies.
As you've noticed from the LEO's answer to the complaint Georgia Carry - Paulding Co. Ga Incident they are attempting to hide behind every kind of immunity they can think up.

BTW here is another incident that did not get very much press time, as far as I know this one also ended in a Civil Rights lawsuit, Its a youtube video series...
Glynn County Georgia Open Carry Incident
After the LEO pulls his weapon and aims it "gangsta style" they hassle this guy for awhile, even claiming that a Tylenol caplet is a narcotic while out of the container.
