It was in the WSJ yesterday with pictures of the art being hung on the wall by Michelle. It is pretty crappy stuff. At least one of the pictures removed was Dolly Madison’s portrait. Another was a beautiful landscape of I believe Yosemite. The stuff be put up it their place were “paintings” by noted “60’s” afro-centrist artists.

Yes it’s true.

Can you point me to the source for this claim? I read the WSJ article and there is nothing I can find in there about a Dolly Madison portrait being removed. The article is mainly about artwork that will be added to the collection, on loan.
