I have written many op-eds in the NW Ohio area on this subject and gun clubs all across this area know Kasich’s view well and will be delighted if he is defeated, as will I.

Win? What's that? You're talking to the wrong people with talk like that.
Better to lose on 100% of the issues than vote for somebody who would give us victory on 90% of them. Because that remaining 10% (whatever it is) is all-important, and if you're off the reservation on that 10%, you're a stinkin' RINO! So the next guy comes along and he's squishy on a different 10%, which is ALSO the critical litmus test, etc. So goes the logic of the modern GOP circular firing squad.
You're likely not going to like this... but anyone but Kasich. I'll vote against him in the primary (for Coughlin but not DeWine if he runs) and the general (for Strickland - rate A by NRA).

Well, At this point I’m not sure the all the players have taken the field. But I sure hope we can get John McCain again for 2012 on the top of the ticket. That would be GREAT! Right?
Maybe Colin Powell for VP.
