Sarah Palin Picks Christian Journalist to Collaborate on Memoir
USNews ^ | 5/22/09 | Dan Gilgoff

Sarah Palin has picked a Christian author and magazine journalist to collaborate with her on her forthcoming memoir for HarperCollins. The journalist, Lynn Vincent, has been at World—the nation's best-read Christian newsmagazine—for the last 10 years as a writer and editor.

This isn't a surprising choice for Palin, but it's certainly one worth noting. It's more evidence that she's honing a distinctly Christian public image since coming off the campaign trail last year. This seems to be a change from the days when she was a state-level figure, almost entirely unknown outside of Alaska.

Liz would make a good Amb. to the UN in Palin Adm.
(Liz has 5 very young children and don’t think
at this time Liz is hitting the campaign trail.)

Amb. Bolton during the campaign was Gov. Palin’s foreign policy adv. and he has high respect for her.
He would be a great Nat. Security Adv.

Gov. Palin gave her speech with a broken teleprompter.
Obozo would have never made it past the first few words.

Gov. Palin drew the huge crowds and they were charged.

Someone like a Sanford would have to do give aways to draw
his small crowds. I would almost like to see him in the primaries just to see him creamed at the get go.

It is “our” (Chrissy) Matthew(s) Braynard. I got a chuckle out of his comment that “no money is involved”. Wanna bet that Romney is hiring this guy? It’s after all his job...

He sure likes to enable RINO Romney... but alas it will be to no avail. Let’s hope Romney (a supposed “economic genius”) doesn’t waste too much money on Chrissy Matthew(s) Braynard.

Yahoo lets one know just how much you love to use the term G-—d@mn.

As a FR search will reveal, Matt Braynard also has that strange obsession of invoking the term "abortion" when sneering about Gov. Palin.

Geez.. only a dollar?????

Don't be too harsh with him. He is just jealous that a non-elitist like Palin makes more cash with her "coloring book", than his little law firm ever will.

If this is the one and same person then the RNC better think twice about using such a divisive person/company to handle their message and fundraising.

mbraynard (antiPalin RomneyBOT): " The 'paid Romney' line is really a lie.
I did one hour of consulting for them a long time ago for a caucus - I can't even remember which state.
Wyoming maybe?"

[May 22, 2009 mbraynard]

Alright, you got paid by Romney and then (falsely alleged that) you did not.
You gave Romney contributions so it did not count.
There were sooooo many states involved, you were confused.

How many states have you 'fought' in for Romney, mbraynard?

Three more things, mbraynard.

1) If a prostitute only takes money once and then
gives it for free, is she still a prostitute?

2) Did you push and proselytize for Romney in all 57 states?

3) Is this your company and its targeting?

If so, one point of the manipulation and targeting of Gov. Sarah Palin by YOU and Mitt Romney
on FReeRepublic and elsewhere, has been to improve your little business
of taking money to influence voters, has it not?

"Expert Voter Targeting
Matt Braynard spent three election cycles working for the Republican National Committee developing their voter vault project. He understands both how to build your universe of voters and how to best reach them.
First, our firm develops your initial universe of voters whom we anticipate will turnout for election. This universe includes phone numbers, addresses, precinct assignment, and the voting history of each individual voter, along with a wealth of information on political preferences and demographics.
Then we segment the universe using indicators including issue preferences (Pro-life, gun rights, etc.), geography, age, marital status, income, and numerous other attributes.
After analyzing the voters, we are able to start providing data to mail and phone vendors, and maps, walk-lists and call sheets to volunteers. We then take the data we get back from these contact efforts and use it to enhance our voter database.
For example, volunteers using walk lists and maps go door to door to canvass. Households who indicate they are supportive of our candidate will be captured from the barcodes on the list. Those supporters are then included among those the volunteers call in the final 48 hours to encourage turnout.
Our firm has a long record of accomplishment, most recently on behalf of the Alabama Farmer's Federation. In the 2006 cycle, we developed and coordinated targeting universes for over sixty of their targeted legislative races and won all but ten. "

Ann Coulter has it right - Palin isn't ready for primetime in 2012.

1. Not what Ann said.
2. Thomas Sowell, infinitely brighter than Matt Braynard, as is R. Emmett Tyrrell, think very highly of Sarah Palin.
3. Do not pretend to speak for Rush, he 'loves' Sarah Palin, his words. I'm sure Laura Ingraham will be crushed to learn that a political prostitute consultant doesn't deem her opinion worthy. Not sure what "DIAF" means, possibly some cute acronym that weak men use among other weak men to prop themselves up.

Interesting and suspicious.

I say suspicious for I wonder if someone is using his name here on the board. In all the years I spent working in politics (many moons ago)I have never really known a campaign professional to behave in such a manner as mbraynard has on this board over these many months.

If he is indeed working for Mitt, Romney should ask for a refund for disservice and if not, well I hope he looks into it before hiring him again if that were to occur...

I also would be VERY interested in getting some answers.

At the link to the Braynard Group is listed none other than Holly Robichaud. Not only is Robichaud associated with the Braynard Group but she also is a blogger for the Boston Herald. She has been complimentary of Gov. Palin and specifically mentioned in a recent blog that she has been in email contact with the Governor. She may be trying to get involved with the Palin camp.

Sarah Palin doesn't need any more stinkin' Nicolle Wallaces. If this link proves out, the Palin camp should be warned.

Yes, EVERY Republican should be warned about hiring the Braynard Group. Matt Braynard sold his services to the RNC and several Republican candidates.
This Matt Braynard is not a bright cookie and very lax with his “internet behaviour”.

There is no doubt that mbraynard is indeed Matthew Braynard of Braynard Group. He was openly “selling his services” on Freerepublic all along. See the last post on the first thread for a start:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2114789/posts?page=1

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2117106/posts

(BTW I did not bother to ping mbraynard, because he is apparently too cowardly to respond to at least ten previous posts. If he stops by to read the previous responses, he also will read this. I don’t think “etiquette” applies here anyway... he has obviously no problem insulting Governor Palin and her family in the crudest, most reprehensible gutter style.)

Here a little glimpse into Matt Braynards hateful vitriol:
...
Palin needs to stay in AK being a mom and making sure she doesn’t burden humanity with anymore bastard grandchildren.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2211081/posts
...
She needs to go away.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-gop/2183853/posts
...
Further, we’ve never experienced a sub100 IQ president, and likely never will unless Sarah Palin is elected. heheheh.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2141098/posts
...

Really? I think the exact same thing about Palin, R-Retard. An individual should be able to complete a few sentences in a row without a grammatical abortion before running for president, no?
