I’d be surprised if the court overrules the voters on this. Precedent is that they have allowed changes of this magnitude to the constitution by amendment before.

That said - if they do overturn, I don’t think there is anything that could be done. Even if the AG wanted to an appeal to the SC wouldn’t be an option as this is a state constitution issue.
