The camcorder was confiscated from him AFTER the tasing, the film was given to him just recently by the Agents, some of it was his, some of it was from their security cameras, I don't know the whole story since I'm just going off what Pastor Anderson's wife reports on her blog.

I think the tasing was heavy-handed and unnecessary and was done out of spite and I hope he wins his case and gets some of those people suspended, if not fired.

I wonder if you'd feel differently if you had been sitting on the freeway behind this guy FOR AN HOUR, not moving, as he provoked the BP and the Highway Patrol into some sort of action.

Have you ever crossed one of these BP stops that are not at a border crossing? I have several times and there is no big deal...they wave you on through with nary a stop. The "pastor" caused this and is now crying. Too bad for him but he deserves to go to jail for his antics.
