When President Bush used the laws that were passed as a result of 911 I was quite uneasy. I did not fear that power in his hands but was very much afraid of that power being in the hands of Hillary Clinton or worse. We got the worse.
I have always felt that those captured on the battlefield should be interrogated in country of Iraq or Afghanistan. Interrogated by the government of that country and then tried by that country under their laws. They would break in days and then be tried in the local countries courts.
