When a PERP who is an obvious danger to others winds up getting ONE slap or one KICK by a cop when said PERP DOES NOT COMPLY with said cop's LAWFUL ORDER maybe, just maybe, said PERP will think twice before endangering the public again!
Your translation of my comment implies that I happily endorse ‘kicking a man when he is down’. That PERP may have been physically and literally DOWN on the ground, but he did not follow the cops order.
Your comment also implies that this was some poor guy, ‘down and out’ and some thug cop (a term you used) comes along and kicks the poor guy when he is down.
You seem to have a problem with me using the term ‘arse-wipe’ in describing this gang banging thug. But you have no problem using the term ‘thug’ to describe the cop.
What does that say about you?
