Ben Franklin was right in observing, “When people are scared of their government, it is tyranny. When government is scared of the people, it is liberty.” This inspired the title of Mark Levin’s current best seller, “Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto.”
We need to get to the point that government is more scared of the people than people are of the government.
I asked this of someone today, and didnt get a good answer
If the people arent afraid of the govt, then why is it that while people are cutting back on everything else, theyre buying guns and ammo like its going out of style?
Many in government are scared of us. Hence what they are trying to do to us.
A great book, one of the best. I bought three copies, one I gave as a present, one for myself and one as a loaner.
Of course, I loaned my copy too.
It really bugs me that our government has become a sort of oligarchy or something.
People in this country put our elected officials up on a pedestal as if they were royalty.
Man this is all backwards.
Now the likes of McCain, Kennedy and Pelosi suck it up and act as if there above us all.
