I heard on the radio that he was encouraged to run by Bill Daley, which means he must be Mayor Daley’s candidate. Which means he’ll be the next Senator from Illinois. And who knows — maybe he’ll run for president in ‘16?

I like Illinois, but it really is a loathesome place politically.

I thought Schakowsky was talking about running? Get a three or four way primary going and Burris will back into the nomination - just like Mosley-Braun did in ‘92.
