BELGRADE (AFP) Serb ultra-nationalist lawmakers held up insulting signs in parliament Wednesday as US Vice President Joe Biden, considered a strong backer of Kosovo independence, arrived in Belgrade.
"Biden, you Nazi scum, go home," said the posters brandished by opposition Radical Party deputies during the live national broadcast of a parliament sitting which coincided with the start of Biden's visit.
The Radicals, who occupy around a fifth of places in the 250-seat assembly, then pasted the signs which also labelled Biden a "fascist" on a notice board and hallway.

Sounds like you dont. And also sounds like you are one of those types who buys the “nazi as anti-communist” fantasy. Nazis are nothing but a socialist,,especially economically.
But unlike you and your insulting demeanor, i at least know its futile to re-fight balkan wars with someone on-line. They make a lot of noise, do a lot of damage, and never solve the issue. Just like you dont know that Croatians and other Balkan muslims were fully involved on the Nazi side in WWII. Serbs were on our side.
And before you tell me how it was all Serbias fault, explain to me exactly how Washington DC would react if Alaska decided to secede ala Croatia or Kosovo. And dont forget, Alaska has only been a state a third as long as thise two were part of Yugoslavia.
Genocide has been defined under the 1947 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, to which the United States of America is a signatory, and individuals in the employ of Belgrade have been found guilty of perpetrating acts defined as genocide under that Convention.
So who is this "we" to whom you refer?
Then moving on to the real meat......
Wow, they have old Joe figured out don’t they?
I was wondering if this Biden insult had to do more with his catholicism - and the Serb’s relating that to the Croats and the ustasi.
I would politely disagree with your premise.
Think about it....Where else (and when) have steps been taken by a government whose goal was to disarm the population?
Think about it....Where else (and when) have steps been taken by a government to take control of large segments of private industry?
Think about it....Where else (and when) have leaders of a nation publicly vilified segments of the population?
Think about it....
Well......I'm old enough to remember the beginnings of WWII and I think the old expression: "If the shoe fits..." is relevant here.
I think by “we” he means America, as opposed to a bunch a PC EU types who broke up Yugoslavia for their own reasons. Then they prosecuted those who fought to preserve Yugoslavia.
Those treaties were meant to be interpreted and enforced by the USA. It was never the intent of Harry Truman to make the USA a slave to every whim of the Hague.
And before you go too far afield, the Serb leaders were convicted in the International Criminal Court, which we are not a signatory to. So that decision really isnt binding on the USA.
You don't know that Croats are Christian, not muslim. If you're wrong about that, then your opinion on other matter is probably equally dubious.
Yugoslavia was a communist superstate like the Soviet Union. It should have never existed. Good riddance!
Yugoslavia was created after WWI.
And being completely ignorant of the subject matter, how exactly do you arrive at the conclusion that I don't know anything about the SRS?
Tell me, when the SRS was in its coalition with the SPS and the JUL, which of the three was the "brown" part of that "red-brown" alliance?
Can you imagine how difficult this would be if you couldn't google the words in that question to even begin to understand what the question means?
LOL.
Your ignorance of the Balkans extends through World War II as well, I see.
Do you know anything about the Balkans at all?
Sorry for the poor wording, meant to convey that Croats and *other Yugos, who are muslim*, were full partners of the Nazis. They formed SS units, and openly served the Reich.
Sorry for not being clear.
Croats - nearly 100% Roman Catholic.
Not all Croats were Ustasi - but most Ustasi were Croats...

So was the Soviet Union.
“Yugoslavia was a communist superstate like the Soviet Union”
Actually, Yugoslavia was created in the aftermath of WWI. Its form changed slightly in the 1920s. It never communist until it was occupied by the USSR after WWII. If you are wrong about thinking it was never anything but a communist superstate, then your other opinions are also suspect. LOL
Oh,,,pardon me,,,i meant to say “probably equally dubious”.
Serbophiles like to make their “struggle” out to be a religious war, and they like to throw the Croats in with muslims, but if they really want a religious war, most Americans will side with the Catholics.
If you think the National Socialist shoe doesn't fit the Democratic Party then you haven't been paying attention. Do I need to educate you on the issues passed and pending that paint them as such or do you simply not understand what a NAZI is?
I traveled to Bosnia in ‘99, and was hosted by Croats.
I didn’t know anything about the region, so I started learning by getting their version while I was there.
I continued reading about the area after I returned home and after awhile came to the conclusion that this is very similar to the Middle East situation.
Each group wants to cleanse the area of the other groups.
Yugoslavia was always a trans-national super-state made up of various nationalities who should have had their own sovereign nations. Sounds communist to me!
