Agreed.
In non-premeditated cases, I probably would move to just time in prison.
Premeditated cases though....death all the way. Heck, I would give repeat rapists the death penalty as well.

Capital Crimes, IMO:
1 - Murder (mandatory)
2 - Rape (mandatory)
3 - Kidnapping (non-mandatory)
4 - Acting under Color of Law/Office (non-mandatory)
