Soviet style election, with ballots cast, and votes counted, but with the two having virtually no relationship to one another. sorry Gato, but i honestly believe that ship sailed long ago...im betting that it would be jawdropping to see the actual numbers in 00, 04 06 or last year...
I think they kept coming up short simply beacause they were still afraid of getting caught...no longer matters cause they dont even get called onit most of the time, and prosecutions ???
