Under the Bankruptcy Code that has existed long before 0bama became the TOTUS, debtors are allowed to terminate certain executory and other contracts and obligations, even if that means that the person on the other side of transaction gets hurt.

I doubt the Bankruptcy Code allows the party in bankruptcy to give an asset of one creditor to a third-party.
