Why isn’t Ford closing dealerships? This is being mandated by Lord Obama!
Ford has been doing so over the past several years.
IIRC, Ford eventually decided to turn down the government bailout. And guess what? Ford's not closing dealerships by the thousands.
If I were a Ford dealer right now, I'd be planning for a whole mess of new customers. And I'd start offering some free services for existing Chrysler and GM owners, to get them in the door.
