You'll probably still be able to buy an F350, and maybe an F250. But the F150 in the driveway is probably going away, and very quickly.

The heavier pickups will still be around as contractor vehicles but they will be priced too high or otherwise made unattractive to the average car buyer.

There’s a technology out there that can bring the F-150 up to that standard. Google Hydraulic Hybrid.
