You think Kennedy is going to be replaced soon, i.e., within the next four years? Alito, Roberts, Thomas, and Scalia will probably stay for the next four years.

The Souter and Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg (was there ever a more PERFECT name!) retirements will not change the balance, thank God, they will just be replaced with someone as liberal
