I had no idea that Joe Biden was a factor in the demonization of the Serbs,(or anything else) and the inexplicable sanctification of the Albanians conducted by the Clinton Administration.
This certainly makes him a man of the far-out Left, just like the Kenyan, and everyone else in the nomenklatura of the Federal Government.
