I think their divestiture is going to be gradual so as not to p*ss off Americans (consumers).
Their divestiture of our treasury bonds WILL be slow because it has to be in order to allow them to sell at as high a price as they can. Were they to dump their holdings all at once, the prices they would receive would plummet!
